Centenary Club Launched to Support Youth Development

Centenary Club
Supporting Youth Development

Ever since the club was formed, one of our main objectives has been youth development, and we have been very successful over the years producing some of the best hockey players in the country.

Players who have come through our Youth Development Programme and who have gone on to play international hockey - include Gavin Byers, Ross McPherson, and Louise Carroll.

Throughout the week, we go into five local primary schools and one secondary school - coaching over 80 children. Many of these children end up joining the club, training, and representing us in games and festivals.

We want to expand this over the next 5 years: to do so, we need your support.
We are launching a Centenary Club and need 100 people each to commit to donating a minimum of £10 per month. This will give us sufficient funds to expand the already successful Youth Development Programme and help sustain and secure our club’s future.

If you can support us, we have a standing order form (attached) which you can complete and return to me. The Club has been a great foundation for so many. We hope your support will ensure those who have benefitted from the club in the past can pave the way for the generations to come.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Billy McPherson
Executive President
