This weekend has been a very successful weekend for our u18 girls and boys teams at the HPC indoor tournament at Perth College

On Saturday the girls won the event by defeating Western Wildcats in the final. A very successful long day.

Luke Cranney was delighted by the endeavours of his young team.

Lily Bonnar was awarded the cup at the final presentation.

On Sunday the boys missed out on a place in the final by one goal

After 3 matches with two wins and a loss 3 teams finished with 6 points

The placings were decided by goal difference.
Grange finished top on goal difference with plus 2.
We had goal difference of plus 1
and Hillhead had a zero goal difference.

This resulted in a 3/4 play off match versus Western Wildcats which ended 1-1.

Harry Byers stated he was delighted with the performance of the youths today and extra pleased with Daniel Monaghan's two back post goals.

Basil Black age 14 made his debut with the u18 boys.

“ it is so satisfying to see so many of the youths graduating into the clubs senior youth teams and now winning tournaments”.
