As our 1st XI senior men's team were sadly due to set off today to compete in the European club championships in Vienna and show what they can do after a tough ask in last years EHL KO16. We as a club have decided to turn it into a positive. We ask every club member young and old to dust off the bikes and stretch out those legs in aid of the NHS and towards a club support fund for anyone struggling financially going into the 2020/21 season.

We will be running, walking and cycling the distance to each team we were to play from the tournament hosts pitch in Austria for the 5 days the tournament was the be held.
Day 1 and 2 (Thursday and Friday) target the local shores of Disc to the host pitch Post Sv Wein (Austria)2214km
Day 3 (Saturday) target Post SV Wein to Rot Weis Wettigen (Switzerland) 736km (total 2950km)
Day 4 (Sunday) target Post SV Wein to Grunwald Poznan (Poland) 608km (total 3558km)
Day 5 (Monday) target Vinnitsa HC (Ukraine) 1172km.

Total distance aiming to cover as a club is only 4730km. The men's 1st XI are aiming to each cover around 20km each a day but they need YOUR help to reach the target
