2. Team Administration


Each Team has a volunteer Team Manager/Administrator.

It is a great way to get involved more in the Team - whether you have a youngster playing in that team or whether you are playing in it yourself and want to volunteer for the Club.

This role can be shared between volunteers but the main duties are as follows:

  • 1. Confirm details of the Matches with opposing Teams (Push Back, Time, Venue, Strip)
  • 2. Liaise with Team Coach who will provide the weekly Team Selection to be published on Pitchero
  • 3. Field any questions from players/parents
  • 4. Confirm Umpire for the Match
  • 5. Message teams/training groups with any information Team Coach needs circulated
  • 6. On Match Day, complete team sheet and ensure that it is submitted to the appropriate League
  • 7. Take any photos of the team or squad
  • 8. Update Pitchero with result
  • 9. Share with Social Media manager who scorers were & result plus photos
  • 10. Ask one of team to do a short match report that can be uploaded to Pitchero
